It’s that time of year – resolutions abound, accompanied by the promise of a fresh start.
The excitement is palpable, with the sudden prospect of endless possibilities before us, as one year closes and a new one begins.
I’ve long been a big believer in setting goals, and like many, I tend to get a major fire lit under my butt on this front around the first of the year. Not to bore you, but there’s a acronym I learned in college that has definitely helped me with setting and achieving goals over the years. S.M.A.R.T – setting goals that are specific, measureable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound. If you’re a newbie to setting goals or want to step up your game, there’s a super helpful guide to this methodology here.
I’m making sure I knock a few items off my bucket list this year..and yes, you guessed it..most of them are travel-related. Dream big and be bold, my friends.
Cheers to the new year and all it brings!
